INTERIOR PARTS

Department 160 - Interior parts has its own manufacturing operations in four halls in which 50 people work. Raised floors, carpets, bicycle holders and bags are manufactured here.

In the course of continuous three-shift operation, carpets intended for car boots are pressed, glued and completed here using the most modern technologies.

Since 2012, department 6 has been continuously managing to increase its share in the turnover of the company.

For interior parts, a joiner’s shop provided with modern equipment, which ensures manufacture of sub-sets, a new sewing room with automatic sewing machines and new storage and production areas have been established.

All interior parts are very sensitive to quality and treatment and the resulting PPM values (Parts per million) are decreasing permanently. Within the whole company, the most innovative changes in production, which currently includes more than 50 sorts of products, are made here.
