RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The process of selection of new employees is controlled by the head of the Human Resources Department, who discuss with a respective head and on the basis of requirements of the manufacture department suitable candidates according to vacancies.

JOB APPLICANTS

Each applicant who would like to be entered into the database of job applicants for a period of six month has to present the following documents:

  • personal questionnaire - available in the section DOWNLOAD DOCUMENTS
  • certificates of the highest level of completed education
  • certificates, attests
  • a copy of the criminal record

Personal contact with the office worker of HR department is necessary due to taking a photo.

                                                   Working hours : 7.00 am - 3.30 pm

Procedure for selection of suitable candidates:

  • selection from current employees
  • selection from the job applicants database
  • selection by means of media - advertising paper, spots etc.

SUCCESSFUL JOB APPLICANT

Before the starting day, the successful applicant has to undergo entrance medical examination at the company doctor’s.

On the starting day, the new worker is acquainted with the documents necessary for performance of his/her activity in the company:

  • working rules of HAUK s.r.o.
  • occupational health and safety training and fire protection training
