WELDING PLANT

Department 180 - Welding shop is, from the point of turnover and number of workers, the biggest one in the whole HAUK company.

More than 100 workers work in a two-shift operation. The daily production of approx. 35 sorts of weldments is taken straight to the production lines by 30 trucks at regular intervals.

Currently, robotization in a form of KUKA welding robots is in progress.

Technologies used:

Manual and robotic spot welding, CO welding, plasma cutting, nut and screw welding, grinding.
